HouseCall TT does not process patient payments. Patients settle directly with their professional. We never collect a patient's card details, and there are no charges from us.
Yes. HouseCall TT is free to download and use as a patient, and Medivanta Supplies Ltd. charges patients nothing. You pay your doctor or physical therapist directly at the end of the visit. The platform is not part of that payment.
You pay your doctor or therapist directly after the visit, by cash, bank transfer or whatever you both agree. HouseCall TT does not collect, hold or process patient payments and never stores your card details.
Both professions use the same US$15/month subscription, billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The purchase screen shows your store's current price and terms. Your subscription gives you patient matching, your verified profile, case notifications, and your visit dashboard once verification is approved.
There are no commissions on visits. Every dollar you charge patients is yours. Cancel any time from your account settings.
Doctors provide their Medical Board registration number and certificate. Physical therapists provide a photo of their licensing card instead; no Medical Board number is requested. Both professions upload a government-issued photo ID and a recent selfie for identity matching.
Our team reviews every application by hand, usually within one to three business days. The app tells you when you are approved, and patients see your verified status before every case.
You decide. Switch yourself online or offline in the app at any time. While you are online, nearby requests come through and you accept or decline each one. There are no minimum hours and no shifts.
HouseCall TT is available across both Trinidad and Tobago. Coverage in any given area depends on which professionals in your chosen field are available nearby. The platform is available 7 days a week, including public holidays.
As more professionals join, response times and coverage will improve. If no professional in your chosen field is available near you, the app will let you know rather than leaving you waiting.
If your care professional cancels or does not arrive, the app tells you straight away and you can send a new request. You owe nothing, because you only ever pay for a visit that happens.
Reliability is taken seriously on the platform. Professionals with repeated cancellations or complaints are reviewed and may be suspended. You can report any issue through the app or by emailing support@housecalltt.com.
Only the professional assigned to your case can see your case description and contact details. That information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or sold.
HouseCall TT complies with the Trinidad & Tobago Data Protection Act, 2011. You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request full deletion at any time by contacting support@housecalltt.com.
